  • Inventory Management: Keeping track of the inventory and ensuring that all items are accounted for.

  • Distribution and Delivery: Organizing the distribution of the purchased items to the intended recipients, such as orphans.

By efficiently managing the purchasing and distribution process, you will contribute to bringing joy and happiness to those in need.

Appointment Management

As a Personal Assistant, one of your key responsibilities will be managing appointments and ensuring that they are scheduled and organized effectively. Your duties in this area will include:

  • Scheduling appointments for the employer and other team members.

  • Sending appointment reminders to individuals involved.

  • Coordinating with external parties to find suitable meeting times.

  • Managing the employer's calendar and keeping it up to date.
